Silicone rubber sheets, also known as silicone sheets, are elastic sheet materials manufactured by compounding organic silicone elastomer with reinforcing fillers and additives, followed by mixing and high‑temperature vulcanization. They are available in roll or sheet form and can be cut or die‑cut into gaskets, washers, seals, and other components. These products are widely used in industrial applications such as sealing, thermal insulation and vibration damping, and electrical insulation and protection.

1. High and low temperature resistance: The standard operating temperature range is –60°C to 250°C, with the ability to withstand even higher temperatures for short periods. It remains flexible at low temperatures and resists aging at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for ovens, hot presses, and high‑temperature piping applications.
2. Weather and aging resistance: Resistant to ozone and ultraviolet radiation, it remains crack‑free and non‑sticky even after prolonged outdoor exposure, with a service life far exceeding that of ordinary rubber.
3. Excellent insulation performance: stable electrical insulation, suitable for use as insulating gaskets in electrical cabinets, power supplies, and instruments.
4. Elasticity and Sealing: Excellent rebound; superior waterproof and dustproof sealing performance; adjustable hardness (Shore A 30–90); elongation at break can reach 300%–600%.
5. Chemical stability: Resistant to weak acids and weak bases; insoluble in water and most organic solvents.
6. Optional food-grade formulation: non-toxic and odorless, compliant with food-contact standards, suitable for baking and sealing food-processing equipment.
